We love the St. Regis Monarch Beach for various apparent reasons. A "welcome back" cake with balloons, backpacks full of surprises for the girls, sand buckets, bathrobes, teddy bears, fruits and snacks were just the beginning. The generosity and compassion shown by the St. Regis staff was unmatched. We were addressed by name upon our entrance as if we were acquaintances. The food at Motif was simply delicious with superb service. We were thoroughly impressed by the warm welcome and the staff catering to our every whim. Alisha announced that she would like to stay at the hotel for a month...who wouldn't!?!
The girls were made official St. Regis staff with their exclusive and magnetic pin. It was wild when the duo tried to place the pin at the most hilarious places. Parting was difficult, but the St. Regis staff made it easier by inviting t
he family to the next event...can't wait!
